Raised as a Methodist from the midwest it took some time to break free of traditional Christianity and see deeper into the reality fo life.When I began to read Plato and Kerkagard and Spinoza and Hesse something began to stir deep inside ….an old familar heart beat …a sound a smell…something that told me I was much older in my soul than I understood…

I am a child of the sixties. We thought we would change the world and we did some….. We glimpsed the beautiful awful scary Truth. We were a great and awesome tidal wave but as the wave moved forward it became less powerful and diminished . Somewhere deep inside there was still the yearning. Many of us have returned to the NEW hope and are remembering  the “old ways”

But as I grew older and had a family I stopped persuing those ideas of seeking for a while. Time flew by and then I saw James Ray who helped me remember what we are what it is and as Andrew Cohen put it so recently in WIE….”the ultimate Spiritual Revelation is that there is no other and that there is only One.”

I used to paint back in the 70's… nothing great but now I'm doing it again and it feels great. My wife has been joining in too and it's been a wonderful sharing. I have been happy with what I have been doing lately and will post some soon.
